विकलांग तो वे है , जो शारीरिक व मानसिक रूप से सक्षम होते हुए भी अपनी मंजिल की ओर नहीं बढ़ पाते। चुनोती ; हतोत्साहित करने वाले वचनों व प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों में भी हाथ पर हाथ धरे नहीं बेठते , बल्कि इसे एक चुनौती की तरह लेते हैं और हर मौके पर सफलता का वरण कर ही लेते हैं।

शायरी जिगर मुरादाबादी की

उनका जो फ़र्ज़ है वो अहले सियासत जानें,
मेरा पैगाम मुहब्बत है जहाँ तक पहुंचे।

सबको मारा जिगर के शेरों ने
और जिगर को शराब ने मारा।

हुजुमे गम मेरी फितरत नहीं  बदल सकते,
क्यूंकि मेरी आदत है मुस्कुराने की।

खुल के हसना तो सबको आता है ,
लोग तरसते हैं इक बहाने को..........  ।


इश्क़ खुद इश्क़ का इनाम है ,
वाह क्या  आगाज  क्या अंजाम है।
हुस्न है, नगमा है , मय है , जाम है,
अब कहाँ ऐ गर्दिश-ऐ -आयाम है।

उसकी रातों का इंतकाम न पूछ ,
जिसने हंस-हंस के दिन गुजारे हैं।

आदमी के पास सब कुछ है मगर ,
एक तन्हा आदमियत ही नहीं।

हमको मिटा सके ये ज़माने में दम नहीं ,
हमसे जमाना खुद है, जमाने से हम नहीं।

गुलशन परस्त हूँ मुझे गुल ही नहीं अजीज ,
कांटो से भी निबाह किए जा रहा हूँ मैं।

 क्या इश्क़ ने जाना है क्या हुस्न ने माना है,
हम ख़ाक नशीनों की ठोकर पे जमाना है।

दिल को सुकून रूह को आराम आ गया ,
मौत आ गई कि यार तेरा पैगाम आ गया।

ये इश्क़ नहीं आसां, बस इतना समझ लीजै ,
एक आग का दरिया है और डूबके जाना है।

ओजपूर्ण कविता

 झांसी की रानी 

सिंहासन हिल उठे राजवंशो ने भृकुटि तानी थी ,
बूढ़े भारत में आई फिर से नयी जवानी थी ,
गुमी हुई आज़ादी की कीमत सबने पहचानी थी ,
दूर फिरंगी को करने की सबने मन में ठानी थी।
चमक उठी सन सत्त्वान में वह तलवार पुरानी थी,
बुंदेले हरबोलों के मुँह हमने सुनी कहानी थी ,
खूब लड़ी मर्दानी वह तो झाँसी वाली रानी थी।

कर्मयोग का रहस्य

यदि आप वास्तव में किसी मनुष्य का चरित्र जानना चाहते हैं तो उसके महान कार्यों को मत देखिए। कोई भी मूर्ख समय पाकर बुद्धिमान हो सकता है। मनुष्य को छोटे-छोटे काम करते देखिए, वे ही वास्तव में किसी महापुरुष का सच्चा चरित्र आपको बता सकते हैं। समय पड़ने पर छोटे -से -छोटे मनुष्यों में भी बड़प्पन आ सकता है , सचमुच बड़ा तो वही है जिसका चरित्र सदा बड़ा है।

घोर परिश्रम आवश्यक है। हमें निरंतर कर्म करते रहना चाहिए।  एक क्षण भी बिना कर्म किए हम नहीं रह सकते।

आदर्श मनुष्य वह है जो शान्ति और निर्जनता में रहता हुआ भी अविराम गति से कर्मढय रहता है तथा जो घोर कर्मढयता का केंद्र होते हुए भी वन की सी शान्ति और निर्जनता पाता है। उसने निरोध का रहस्य सीख लिया है। अपने आपको उसने वश में कर लिया है। विशाल नगरी के कोलाहल पूर्ण मार्ग में जाते हुए भी उसका चित्त ऐसा शांत रहता है जैसे वह किसी दूर पर्वत कंदरा में बैठा हो जहाँ पक्षी तक ना बोलता हो; और सारे समय वह कर्मरत रहता है। यही कर्मयोग का आदेश है और यदि आप वहां तक पहुँच गए तो आपने वास्तव में कर्म का रहस्य जान लिया है।

Meditation & Entropy

In the waking state,  when you consciously attempt to decrease the entropy of the nervous system, it is referred to as meditation. As the entropy of the neurons keeps decreasing, a state of calmness is perceived. 

For one of the purposes of Meditation is to cultivate one's ability to consciously be in the present moment, without taking flight into the future or seeking shelter in the past. 

The Vedas speak of happiness in the life hereafter on the basis of ceremonial sacrifices to various god's. The Upanishads emphasised meditation,  ignoring action. But the Gita achieved a synthesis by reconciling the demand for action with the need for meditation."

  गंगाधर तिलक ने गीता रहस्य जैल में लीखी थी. योगेश्वर भगवान श्री कृष्ण का जन्म तो जैल में ही हुआ था. महर्षि औरोबिन्दो घोष  को भी ज्ञान प्राप्त कारवास में ही हुआ था. उसके बाद ही वे अध्यात्म के मार्ग पर अग्रसर हुए थे. सर एडोल्फ हिटलर  ने अपनी जीवनी जेल  में ही लीखी थी. अकेलेपन से  हमें टूटना  नहीं चाहिए बल्कि अपने भीतर छिपी  हुई अपार संभावनाओ  की खोज में लगाना चाहिये. "जो अकेले चले हैं, वही दूर तक चलें हैं." इस बात को हमें अच्छे  से समझना चाहिए।
