Sit relax in any Comfortable Posture.
Close your Eyes and Bring Concentration on your Breath.
Keep your  jaw in the fixed Position and the tongue behind the teeth.
Now Open your mouth and Inhale slowly-slowly from the crevices of the Teeth.
Exhale from the nose slowly -slowly.
The sensation of cooling would be felt in the mouth like the Pipperment.
Repeat this Process 10-15 times.

Donald's Trump Decision of separating the immigrant Children from their Parents is just the Cruel one and unethical. Though Illegal Immigration cannot be supported but Separation of children from their Parents is inhuman & unjustified.

It can be compared to the Decision taken by the East India Company to separate the children of Tiger of Mysore, Tipu Sultan after the Second Anglo Mysore War in 1790s.  

It has been rightly said by Swami Vivekananda that the "The Voice of Asia is Religion & The Voice of Europe is Politics."

Facebook - Google

After working for a long time on Social Networking sites, I think Google Services of Blogger & Linkedin are good for Intellectuals & other Like-Minded...... Though FB & Whatsapp have connected people on a great deal. Individuals, Writers & Businesses are flourishing as well as Unethical use of it is also increasing as seen in recent times. Data have been sold and purchased and privacy of the users is compromised. It's a serious threat.

Even more... Everyone is there, No Quality Gentry is there. They want to do just Business..... Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg & other Experts should think Where They are Taking the world..... Just a Source of IT or Really Worthy...... The Pros & Cons should be carefully studied.

राम भरोसे

India is Great. No Doubt.... We have tremendous Treasure of Knowledge, Our Social Structure is good. We have "Unity in Diversity".....They are all True..... But In my short span of Life, through various Leaps & Bounds, Learning & Volunteering in Different Organizations...If there is appreciation of work and Importance is given on Merit...  i.e. Ramakrishna Mission. Besides Ramakrishna Mission, I think Defense Forces would be the most trustworthy and Professional Organizations in our Nation. Else where Legislature, Judiciary & Bureaucracy & Even Social Life, Everything is "राम भरोसे"......

In Short,  India is Great,  No Doubt, We need to think Where we Are...

Vinoba on Gandhiji

Some years back I read the Book Vinoba on Gandhi written by Acharya Vinoba Bhave. He was the last direct follower of Mahatma  Gandhiji in true sense. Bhoodan Movement was initiated by him. In this book, he had clearly mentioned why the philosophy and the movement of Mahatma Gandhi came to sudden tragic end. It limited itself only to the opening of Gandhi ashram and propagation of Khadi. And there are many people in our nation who are actively using the name of Gandhi. But They  practice the ideology of Socialism, Communism and Globalization according to the need of hour. If Bapu woud have been alive, he would be thinking what the rubbish is going on in his Name....It's really a tragedy.....to the nation and blow to the Philosophy of Gandhian also...... ...

गोरा  गुरुदेव रवीन्द्र नाथ टैगोर जी की उत्कृष्ट रचना है.ये गुरुदेव की पहली  कृति है जिसका मैने अध्ययन किया है. उपन्यास मैं काफ़ी समय से पढ़ रहा था . अब जाके पूरा हुआ है.  निस्संदेह साहित्यिक दृष्टि से ये गुरुदेव की सर्वोत्तम कृति है.  तत्कालिन समय की समाजिक  एवम राजनीतिक परिस्थितियाँ  इस साहित्य कृति से दृष्टिगोचर होती हैं. गुरूदेव ने समाजिक परिस्थितियों का बहुत शान्दार वर्णन किया है.  समस्या एवम समाधान  भी दिया है.  राष्ट्रवाद की भी बात की है लेकिन उसके लिए कोई उपाय नहीं सुझाया है..... ..ऐसा लगता है कि कुछ अधूरा-सा रह गया है यद्यपि ये गुरुदेव की पहली  कृति है जिसका मैने अध्ययन किया है...... गोरा जो कि मुख्य पात्र है उसे जातिवाद एवं क्षेत्रवाद  से ऊपर रखकर राष्ट्रवाद की जो परिकल्पना की गयी है वह अतुलनीय है। परेश बाबू, विनय, वरदासुंदरी, सतीश,हरिमोहिनी,सुचरिता एवं अन्य पात्र जीवंत प्रतीत होते हैं। तत्कालिन ब्रह्म समाज  का भी अतुलनीय विवरण है.

Undoubtedly, Nobel Laureate Gurudev is correctly known as Icon of Indian Culture
